A head start for every new personal account

Verify your email and your welcome credits are added once. They are spent first, they expire after about 60 days, they cannot be cashed out, and they cannot pay for email sending. Company Pages do not get them.

Is there a monthly plan?

No. You pay with credits when you use a paid tool. The only thing that renews is extra storage, every 30 days, and you can turn that off.

How do I add credits?

Open your Wallet and choose Add Credits. You can pick an amount from ₦500 upwards.

How do the fees work?

Every job carries a 5% fee, worked out on the agreed price and taken from the worker’s payment. It is never added on top, so the company pays exactly the agreed price. On an offering, ProfilePro takes 5% of every sale, and it comes out of the creator’s earnings.

What does a company pay?

A company Page pays for credit tools from its own Wallet, whoever on the Page uses them. Job fees are charged to the worker, not to the company.
